What Causes Stomach Ache With Blood In Urine During Pregnancy?

Hi,
Im 22 weeks pregnant, babe is still moving around fine. This morning I was peeing blood. The color was a darker color, I have been and had a urinal test which came back positive with blood in it. They took 2 samples of blood and sent the samples off. I go back in tomorrow for results. My pee color is still cloudy but not how it was earlire today.

I had alot of pain on Monday around my tummy area. I was pale and had a sick feeling, but didnt throw up. I felt very tired monday and Tuesday. Today I only had lower abdominal pain mostly on the right. I feel tired and my legs feel tired. I dont have any swelling that is unusal.
Just trying to figure out what I may or may not have. I work 40 - 45 hours a week as a Food and Beverage Manager I have also taken on the Functions Managers position till the end of the year. I think I have to much on my plate at the moment and I know I need to cut back on my hours. Whic will happen as of tomorrow.
