What Causes Stomach Ache?

My son is complaining for tummy ache and his doctor check him and said there is no sign of anything surgical such as appendicitis etc. He was dewormed using albendazole in june 2015, he is passing mucus in his mess a cold like something, can it be he has worm or what can be the problem with him

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some intestinal infection, bacterial or prtozoal.
Go for stool test for ova or cyst or pus cells.
After report go for treatment accordingly like oflox-TZ etc.
Ok and take care.
