What Causes Stomach Aches Despite Ultrasound Results Being Normal?

I am getting some stomach aches lately, last week ultra sounds shows everything was ok. But I still get stomach pain in my lower left of my. Belly. Would you tell me what else I should do? I am 71 years old, never drink alchohole or smokes siggatetts in my life. Thanks.

it may be colitis. consult gastroenterologist. so colonoscopy is advisable.considering your age it is advisable to exclude dibetes and hypertension.after proper diagnosis treatment can be advised. it may be amoebic colitis. if-so take a course of metrogyl.renal calculi can be excluded by taking ultrasound kub.
