What Causes Stomach Bloating After Taking Nexium?

I was diagnosed with gird. Been on nexium 3 days which the tightening feeling when I eat has gone away, but I m still bloated and now food comes back up in my throat that I ate over 6 hrs ago. I feel that in the middle of my stomach food isn t moving the way it should. Blockage?

Avoid citrus foods and too fatty foods.

Eat small amount of meal.
Chew a food properly.
Avoid stress.

Drink more water.
Avoid Immeadiate sleeping after taking meal.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.

Elevate your head at sleeping time.
Avoid spicy and junk foods.
Avoid fermented and fatty food.
Take fresh fruits and green vegetables.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than you have to consent your doctor for further treatment.
