Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms seem to be related to an acid reflux disease.
I suggest using antacids such as Maalox three times a day.
I also suggest using Omeprazole 20 mg in the morning before breakfast.
I recommend to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms such as spicy food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
