What Causes Stomach Bloating, Nausea And Red Bumps On Elbows?

Hello, I ve had some stomach issues for about 2 months; bloating, burning, little nausea. I am trying to change my diet to help, but I now have red bumps (fairly big) on my elbows. And thinking back, whenever I ve had stomach issues in the past, I had the same problem.

Stomach issues could be due to indigestion, take probiotic capsules. But for red bumps, visit dermatologist, for proper clinical examination.
