What Causes Stomach Bug And Joint Pains In Knees/wrists During Pregnancy?

Hi , im pregnant and have a stomach bug as much as I am trying I cant keep any fluids down its been happening since 11-30pm last night, every time I get sick I make sure I carry on drinking fluids, but my jointd have started to hurt, like my kness and wrists as if I have elastic bands on them , is this normal? And any tips u have would be great? Thanks for your time

This can be due to the lax joints and muscle cramps usually seen due to the hormonal changes during the pregnancy. Taking mild pain killers will help.
