General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

I suspect either peptic ulcer dosease or gastritis, for confirmation you will need an endoscopy. Please speak to youe doctor about the same who should have suspected it himself/herself. In the meantime avoid smoking, avoid alcoho, avoid oily/fatty/fried food, avoid spicy food, avoid carbonated drinks, drink plenty of water, avoid stress and have 5-6 small meals instead of 2-3 large ones.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
