What Causes Stomach Cramping And Lower Back Pain While On Methadone?

I ve been on methadone 2 years and have only had a few periods the whole time. I am having cramps and lower back pain. Can I have still have cramps and symptoms from a period without actually bleeding? The doctor has told me the reason I dont have periods is from methadone

I really appreciate your concern, it is not really necessary to have dysmenorrhea every time and cramp could be there in absence of period, if you do not have the period then age could be the reason which is not given here, but of course hormone therapy could be the cause, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
