What Causes Stomach Cramping With Discharge And Excessive Eating?

hi i was wondering if you know what would be wrong...i had unprotected sex with my partner 5 days ago, i am currently experiencing cramp feelings in my lower stomach area, getting pains underneath my rib cage, and eating anything i see in sight, nothing seem to fill me up..also i have white discharge coming from me, and i am unsure if this is a bad sign of an infection of something..

White discharge can be a sign of vaginal infection. You should take a swab for it. Since you don't tell me your first day of last menstruations, I can not judge for the possibility of getting pregnant.
