What Causes Stomach Cramps After Taking Metformin While On Thyroid Medication?

Im 21 5'9 and 240lbs i was put on metformin for weight loss im at 2000mg a day and i eat light when i take the pills and try and drink a lot of water the past couple of days ive had bad stomach cramps and have been pretty much pissing out my ass and there is a light brown mucus that comes out with it I am also on thyroid medication and adderol

Sorry to learn about your bothersome symptoms.
During the first weeks of treatment metformine can cause gastrointestinal side effects such as; abdominal pain, cramps,nausea, diarrea ect., especially when starting with high dose.
In these cases is suggested to lower the dose and tapper it slowly.
You should inform your treating physician about the side effects of metformine and follow its instructions to tapper the dose.
