What Causes Stomach Cramps After The Intercourse?

Hello I had sexual intercourse 4 days ago and from the second day I been felling like im going to come on my period with cramps in my lower back and tummy with a ache as well and also feeling very sick im not really sure what to think im not due on my period till the 6-9 of june can u please help I feel horrible marteen
