What Causes Stomach Cramps Along With Diarrhea And Vomiting?

I took my daughter to the E.R. Monday night for stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, but no fever. She has not been feeling since a week ago Friday. The E.R. did a CAT scan and blood work. Both came back fine. They gave her pain med, anti-nausea med, and diarrhea med. My daughter is still having diarrhea and occasional vomiting. Why has it not cleared up yet and how long will it take to clear up?

As I understand the little baby must have had a stomach infections commonly called gastroenteritis. This is quite common and sometimes seasonal in
case of kids.
Pleasr dont worry and continue the antibiotics . More over the frequency of loosemotion and vomiting will decrease slowly.
Since all reports are ok we are not having any blood infection now.
mean while increase more fibre and fluids in her diet.A pomegranate juice is a good choice.
