What Causes Stomach Cramps And A Knot In The Tummy After An Embryo Transfer?

I am day 8 after a 3 day ( 3 embryo ) transfer I have had stomache cramps similar to PMS, and a knot in my tummy (constantly), is this the ritodrine making me anxious? or the pregestorone injections or the steroid Im also on for my NK cells? The one symptom I want is sore breasts as this seems like a sure sign your pregnant (but no joy) so feeling a little despondent, is the tummy knot unexplained or a symptom of the drugs or possibly a pregnancy?
