Hi

There is definitely chance of pregnancy since there is sexual history around the period of ovulation. You can take a pregnancy test by 2 weeks after sex.

Abdominal cramps can also occur when your body is adjusting to the new hormonal pills. These symptoms will reduce in the subsequent cycles.

Pain killers /antispasmodics can be taken to reduce the discomfort.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
