What Causes Stomach Cramps And Backaches While On Birth Control Pills?
Hi I'm just wondering if you could help me, I'm 19 came off the injection swapped to the pill had my usual period straight away has unprotected sex 4 days b4 and on the day of ovulation which was last Sunday and Thursday, since then I've been gettin bad cramps backaches feeling dizzy when I close my eyes tired literally all the time! Is there a possibility I could be pregnant?
There is definitely chance of pregnancy since there is sexual history around the period of ovulation. You can take a pregnancy test by 2 weeks after sex.
Abdominal cramps can also occur when your body is adjusting to the new hormonal pills. These symptoms will reduce in the subsequent cycles.
Pain killers /antispasmodics can be taken to reduce the discomfort.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
