What Causes Stomach Cramps And Delayed Periods?

Hello I have been having stomach cramping like my period is going to start but I am 6 almost 7 days late with my period I have been told that my urine and blood test from the Emergency Room for pregnancy was negative but what other things could be wrong that is causing me to have late periods when my periods have always been regular

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For delayed period detail work up done If pregnancy negative. USG abdomen and pelvic scan helpful in identifying ovarian problem if present. Excess stress, prolonged fasting, obesity etc also can be cause. Rule out thyroid problem by serum TSH estimation. Rule out diabetes by random blood sugar estimation.
