What Causes Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea Along With Back Pain?

stomach cramps different times of the day, loose stools, up to 4-6 times a day sometimes more, flushing, hot flashes, back pain with radaiting pain down both glutes, hemroids and a fissure on the outside of the anus, this has been occuring for 6 weeks

Hello,

You should get immediate consultation with a proctologist. Anal fissure should check if need surgery.

Anoscopy and abdominal ultrasound should run. Once again you should consult with proctologist as soon as possible.
