What Causes Stomach Cramps And Fever Along With Vomiting?

Mild stomach cramps, dark brown discharge with mild oder, slite fever, chills, feeling sick, throwing up, body cramps, peeing every top of the hour even through out the night, headache, movement at the very bottom of left side of stomach, pain on the bottom right of stomach

Hi, I think you can be having some urine infections as well as some component of PID. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. Get your urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. You may need some antibiotics also.
