What Causes Stomach Cramps And Light Spotting During Pregnancy?

hi , 32 weeks pregnant , first child , i am getting really bad stomach cramps and it really hurts when my baby moves even the slightest little bit ... i had a shower to relax me abit n noticed the water ran red for a minute or two .. i have a scar froman op ( same place as you would c-section) from a urether reimplantation and there feel like there is alot of pressure there.. what do i do?
