OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

This condition can be due to dysmenorrhea or painful menstruation, however, a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required for the condition, along with thyroid profile.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
