What Causes Stomach Cramps And Mucus In Stool?
i have a rumbling sound in my belly for weeks now can be embarrassing at time then lately i have stomach cramps pain mucous stool these sx are relive with bowel movement also very nausea when i eat i feel worst feels better with water consumption what could be my problem YYYY@YYYY

hi, your digestive system is poor, do exercise in morning. avoid spicy food, tobaco, drinks.more water intake. donot sleep after eating. thanks. regards.
