What Causes Stomach Cramps And Nausea After Finishing A Period?

Ok so I just had my daughter almost two months ago and after the four weeks of bleeding from childbirth we had sex unprotected sex and then I got my period like normal it lasted for a month and then it went away on my birthday September 10th well in between then and September 23rd I had unprotected sex at least 7 times and then I had a period starting the 23rd that was very very heavy at first and then it just died down after the second day to just being spotting I was wondering what that meant because now I m off my period I m still having period cramping and super nauseous to the point were I don t want to eat anything.

It is natural to experience some menstrual disturbance after child birth as the prolonged progesterone effect during pregnancy creates some imbalance. Also, ovulation becomes unpredictable, especially if you are lactating. Since you are having unprotected intercourse, your chances of conception are high. If you wish to exclude pregnancy in the current scenario, you should go for the blood test to exclude/confirm. If negative, this bleeding could just mean an early period. If positive, you should further evaluate for a possible chemical abortion. Hope this helps.
