Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. It is natural to experience some menstrual disturbance after child birth as the prolonged progesterone effect during pregnancy creates some imbalance. Also, ovulation becomes unpredictable, especially if you are lactating. Since you are having unprotected intercourse, your chances of conception are high. If you wish to exclude pregnancy in the current scenario, you should go for the blood test to exclude/confirm. If negative, this bleeding could just mean an early period. If positive, you should further evaluate for a possible chemical abortion. Hope this helps.
