What Causes Stomach Cramps And Vaginal Discharge?

my menstrual cycle is normally 7 days long, very painful as far as cramping and a heavy flow. this week however it lasted 5 days, still a little painful, but not as heavy. the past 3 days i've been feeling what seems to be menstrual cramps but it comes in sharp bursting pains...but i'm not bleeding and im almost constantly emitting the same sort of discharge i would when sexually aroused, but i'm not aroused whatsoever. what could be the problem?
