What Causes Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea And Vomiting?

Hi, last night around 3am I awoke with severe stomach cramps. I had diarrhea and vomiting along with severely itchy hands. I had a fever and had to lay in the tub with the shower on cold for about an hour until the symptoms went away. Today I feel fine. This has happened a few times in the last year. What could this be?

As you explain the situation this mostly might be a viral situation.The fact that lasts for short time supports it.No worries try to have vitamine c during the winter months
