What Causes Stomach Cramps During Pregnancy?

Hi , I m 33 weeks pregnant and for the past hour every ten minutes I feel cramping in my stomach and sometimes it feels like bubbles bursting up on top of my stomach. I passed a bowel movement but nothing changed and the pains are still there ... What should I do ?

1) Do an ultrasound exam and get admission in nearest hospital

2) Check stool/Urine[RE/ME]
