Hi dear ,

As per your query you have accidentally ingested insect spray and you are having stomach discomfort and and headache . Most bug repellents contain DEET (N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide) as their active ingredient , Which is very poisonous and the symptoms you are experiencing are alarming . This ingredient can also affect nervous system It also irritate stomach mucosa and produce gastric problem .I would suggest you to consult doctor without any delay . For now drink a glass of milk and do salt water gargles . Doctor may perform gastric lavage .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
