What Causes Stomach Discomfort And Loss Of Appetite After Protected Sex?

It s been a week since I had protected sex with condom. And it s my first time to have sex after 3 years of abstaining. After 3 days, I felt weird feeling in my stomach, frequent belching/burping, lost appetite, and loss bowel movement. Last month I started my menstruation on January 15th. This month I have menstruation yesterday (February 17th), and I m still on my 2nd day. I noticed my blood is just light, and today I saw very tiny or little black spots in my pad. What does this symptoms mean? Please enlighten me. Thank you!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to infection. A pelvic examination by gynecologist and swab test will be helpful to rule out the condition. Antibiotic therapy will be required in such case.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
