Hello, causes of stomach pain may be
1.Infection
2. Indigestion
3.Accumulation of air,fluid
4.Ulcers
5.Gastritis
I advice you to meet a gastroenteritis who will advice you to undergo some test like barium meal or enema to diagnose the problem and treat it with antispasmodics ,antiflatulence,or for the related problem .
You can
1.Aviod unhealthy snacking
2.Drink lots of water
3.Frequent small meals
4.Avoid spicy and oily food
5.Consume fresh fruits and vegetables
6. Dont skip meals
7.Consume curds or buttermilk which contains lactic acid ,it protects the stomach
