What Causes Stomach Infection And Lower Back Pain While On Claritin D?

I have had sinus drainage for more than 10 years ,I take Claritin D. I feel that the drainage has ended up in my stomach and now ,I have a stomach bug. My lower back bothers . Bilateral. I think its and infection. I notice ,that ,I have and odor. I think it coming from my stomach. I have had this since 2008.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastritis. Taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole ( Nexium ) and motility enhancers like domperidone for long term will be helpful to clear this. You should also run urine routine examination to rule out urinary tract infection which also can give abdominal pain and discomfort.
