What Causes Stomach Pain After Eating Almonds?

I have been eating nuts all of my life, so that I know I'm not allergic. However, I recently purchased a large bag of almonds. After eating approximately ¼ C for the past few days, my stomache will be in pain. Only from the almonds. Why is this happening.

Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit small and specific , so I am giving you a probable diagnosis.
You may not yet be allergic to the nuts.
The nuts you are eating out f the bag must have some toxins or allergens; can be aflatoxins which have developed on it.
Stop eating these almonds. And you will be fine.

In some cases one can develop allergy to a known substance although you might have been taking it for a long time.
