What Causes Stomach Pain After Taking Extra Strength Tylenol?
A few months ago my friend took 20 extra strength tylenol and two days later she took 10 more. She didnt have symptoms untill now she bein complaining about pain in her stomach which she thinks is due to her job.she keeps saying that since she is overwieght the medicine didnt affect her..should i take her to go see a doctor

Taking these much dose of tylenol is harmful.
From history it seems that he might be having acute gastritis or even gastric ulcer.
Consult gastro-enterolgist and get examined and investigated.
Investigations like ultra sound abdomen and endoscopy will be of much helpful.
Meanwhile give him Omeprazole regularly.
Give him milk diet and avoid spicy and junk food.
Ok and take care.
