What Causes Stomach Pain After Taking Mobizox?

Hello Doctor. As I had a severe neck pain my friend suggested me mobizox twice a day, morning and night. I took it for 2 days after which I started having severe pain in my stomach. The pain is below the chest. Kindly suggest if this is serious. I sm not able to bear the pain. Also took pantacid thinking it be a gas problem.

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

The tablet you are taking, Mobizox contains Paracetamol, Chlorzoxazone, Diclofenac Sodium in it. It is a efficient tablet for your neck pain. But these drugs also increase acidity in your stomach.

Thus I recommend you to take Tab Pan-D along with it & take your medicines on full stomach which will solve your problem. And further on try taking your medicines only after consultation with a Physician as they can better estimate about the side effects of these drugs.
