What Causes Stomach Pain Along With Vomiting And Passing Yellow Urine?
My daughter is 4 and she has been sick for 3 days now, she is sleeping almost all day and night, no fever, she is c/o her stomach hurting at some points sevearly, she has had 2 small bms that were very hard to get out, her tummy is soft, she has not eaten in two days and last night she threw up water that she tried to drink, her unine is yellow and the is no smell to it, should I take her to the hospital

It would be best to take her to her doctor or the hospital to be assessed.
The cause of the abdominal pain needs to be determined by physical examination.
With a reduced oral intake (not eating or drinking well) and vomiting she is at risk of dehydration.
