Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Is there any history of constipation? Usually this happens in hemorrhoids but it is uncommon in children. Anal fissures can also bleed- here there will be pain while passing stools, and bleeding is usually only mild. This might have feared her and thus purposefully avoiding motion. Kindly get her examined with a pediatric surgeon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
