General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

As you have had colon removal, there is always a risk of bowels obstruction due to late junction narrowing or adhesions. Your symptoms may be also unrelated to the surgery and be caused by hemorrhoid, polyp or some colon tumor.
I suggest you to consult your doctor. Colonoscopy is what should be done to diagnose your problem.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
