Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can go for a CT scan and endoscopy to look for any possible lesions in your abdomen. Ultrasound can not detect everything. It can be a mesenteric adenitis which can produce similar symptoms and it is quite common in your age group. You can start on Albendazole tablets on three consecutive days. If symptoms persist you can consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
