Hi thanks for asking question.
Acorrding to history provided you might have simple functional bowel disease or stomach upset.
You can take pentoprazole for atleast 2 week.It will help in acid reduction.
Meanwhile drink more water and fruit juices.
Avoid heavy fatty andcspicy food.
Cooked oatmeal beneficial.
If gas or constipation present then stool softener and fiber rich diet helpful.
Slippery elm is herbal drug capsule that can be taken.
Avoid gas forming food like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower etc.
Green leafy veg is good for you.

If still abdominal pain increasing then ulcer can be there.usually it will heal by pentoprazole .But if still your condition worsening then ultrasound and endoscopy can be helpful.
Wish you good health.
