My penis and balls are numb and anus its started in my hips then went away and now is there .... I was I a bobcat and took a hard hit with the bar the comes down over your stomach pain started a few days later .. Nerve damage ? I also masterbate at least once a day

This is definitely a neurological problem--likely either a sacral nerve injury or a lumbar disc rupture.

You need an immediate MRI of your lumbar spine and pelvis
