Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to premenstrual symptoms, rough sex (friction injury), hormonal imbalance, cervicitis, vaginal infection, endometrium/cervix dysplasia.
If symptoms continue, consult the gynaecologist and undergo vaginal examination, reproductive hormone analysis, vaginal swab test, USG scan, PAP smear.
Treatment will depend on specific cause.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene, tablet meftal spas, take rest,
take warm water sitz bath and maintain proper pelvic hygiene,
Avoid stress, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
