What Causes Stomach Pain And Vaginal Bleeding While On Microgynon?
Hello, I'm on Microgynon 30 and citalopram 40mg and I started the pill a few weeks ago after stopping for a month. I have awful stomach pains (shooting pains) and I'm bleeding from my vagina really heavily, it's making me really dizzy and loss of appetite. Any ideas on what it could be?

Micrognon can cause painful menstruation but an ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required to rule out other causes.
