What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting After I Pill Intake?

Hi.. Me n ny gf had unprotected sex but i didn t ejected into her, for seafty i gave her ipill after 1 hour. She had her period 20 days early for 3 days. Now after 25 days since we had sex, she puked yesterday n have a stomachache n backache. She is saying ut was for once only. Could she be pregnent? Or is it because of ipill.

She took her pill on time but if she missed her period better to get her blood beta HCG levels to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.
