What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting In An Autistic Child?

I have an autistic child who has been vomiting about once a week. He also burps and pushes his stomach in. It is very hard to communicate with him exactly what he is feeling. He is not sick at all. He indicates the area around the belly button but does not show any signs of discomfort???
