What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting Soon After Eating?
My fiance is experiencing severe stomach pains for some reason that we cannot figure out. It has been going on since last Saturday, Saturday all day he was in bed, with stomach pain, and not able to eat anything really and anything he ate he immediately threw up.. Now it has gotten to the point it isn't continuous but when it happens it causes him so much pain sometimes that he has to lie down for an hour or more before they subside and he can do any physical activity. I think he is having digestive issues, what can I do?

I really understand your concern.
Based on your introduction, she most likely has peptic ulcer disease, and the fact that she has vomiting after eating suggests that ulcer is localizated in the stomach, while duodenal ulcer symptoms are relieved after eating.
Most common cause of peptic ulcer disease is infection from Helicobacter pylori.
Urea breath test for H . pylori and gastro-duedenal endoscopy will confirm the diagnosis.
If I were your Family Physician I would prescribe Esomeprazole 40 mg once a day—total treatment duration 10 days for symptoms and antibiotics for eradication of H. pylori Amoxicillin 1,000 mg twice a day and Clarithromycin 500 mg twice a day.
Hope she'll recover ASAP.
