What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting?

My 25 year old son has been having severe stomach pain and vomiting that he indicates is diffrent than he has ever had before. No bowel issues. He did have a large meal last night of something that he does not typically eat. The rest of us are fine, so most likely not food poisoning. Can you give us some ideas of what this could be?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having indigestion problem after taking this type of spicy, fried or junk food.
Give him Omeprazole or some digestive syrup for this problem.
Give him light food for a day or two.
Ok and take care.
