Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of stomach pain and vomiting which seem to be due to food allergy, acid reflux or problem-related to a systemic condition.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you consult a gastroenterologist for proper examination. The doctor may order endoscopy of the esophagus, X-ray of the upper digestive tract and ambulatory acidity test. The doctor may prescribe H2 blockers, proton pump inhibitor along with antacid. For now, avoid eating spicy food and also avoid seafood and nuts. Drink plenty of fluids and take small and frequent meals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
