What Causes Stomach Pain, Breathlessness, Nausea, Vomiting And Tiredness?

Would like suggestions as to what could be wrong. 18 year old son has been having stomach pains, right side pain, shortness of breath, nauseated, vomiting, tiredness, weakness. All lab work, chest X-ray, ultrasound and CT have all come back normal..l

I really appreciate your concern, nonspecific symptoms and this are common in this age if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium" three times in day, it is advisable to support morally and ask about any thing ever went wrong, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
