Hi! So i do have liver disease im 22 and thougg i rarely drink i decided to last night, it won t happen again, i didnt get super wasted, but i had enough. I did not throw up this morning or last night, but my hands are blotchy red and tingle, im a bit scared. My stomch hurts and my chest burns. I keep getting hot flashes. 1. have a H.plori test ( Urea Breath Test - UBT) . If results are positive , you may need to repeat the eradication therapy 2. use a proton pump inhibitor ( omeprazole, pantoprazole) or H2 receptor antagonist ( famotidine) before breakfast for atleast one month. 3. avoid fat meals and use less salt 4. eat fresh fruits 5. eat dinner atleast 3 hours before going to bed 6. include plain yogurt in your meal 7. loose weight if overweight or obese
if symptoms do not get better within 0ne week to 10days, then better visit treating physician. Hope to answer your concern.
Wish you good and sound health.
Regards, Dr Tayyab Malik
