What Causes Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Bleeding From Nose?

i was up all night yesterday throwing up and having diarrhea. This morning i stayed home from school because i had really bad cramps im guessing it went along with the throwing up and diarrhea. Just a couple of minutes ago i threw up everything i ve eaten today and my nose started bleeding in the middle of vomiting. What do you think this is? possibly food poisoning? now that i ve thrown up there s a really bad pain in the middle of my stomach right under the ribs about the size of my hand

Understanding your concern. As per your query you symptoms of stomach pain, diarrhea and bleeding from nose. Well the symptoms you mention in query are clearly pointing towards a condition like food allergy. You might be allergic to certain food like nuts and seafood , allergy can also occur due to particular medicine like ibuprofen. It could be due to gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance and intestinal Ileus. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to stay calm , do not eat nuts and any kind of seafood. You should consult general practitioner . Doctor may order skin test , blood test , eliminate test and food challenge test to confirm the diagnosis. Doctor may give anti-IgE therapy, adrenalin short, oral immunotherapy and anti inflammatory medications. You can start with laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine .
