What Causes Stomach Pain, Dizziness And Headaches While HPT Is Negative?

Hello, I am a 21 year old female, I have been having stomach pains for the past couple weeks. My symptoms include, stomach pains, dizziness, nausea, constant head aches, and my breasts have been sore. I stopped taking my birth control about 5 months ago and I am a couple weeks late. I did take a pregnancy test and it came up negative. I am really getting irritated with my body. I was wondering if you could give me any insight about what might be going one with my body.

hi,
urine pregnancy test can be negative at 14 days..repeat the test again after five days..
take pyridoxine vitamin tablet for a few days along with ondansetron..that should help you..
if the test is negtive even after five days meet a gynecologist to undergo clinical evaluation and for further treatment....
