What Causes Stomach Pain During A Period?

I have chest pain with my stomach pain, it seems to be worse during before and during my period. I also seem to have a reaction to eggs, and caffeine. I have had several tests like a colonoscopy but neve an upper GI test. Any suggestion what to check next?
